Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Saavii. We request you to carefully review the following policy before placing an order, as it governs all purchases made on our website.


1. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges – General

Saavii does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect ring size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect colour selected by the customer
  • Fit issues related to rings or jewellery
  • Orders placed during any sale, promotion, event, or campaign hosted on the website

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, and variant at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned for these reasons.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Delivered

A return or replacement will be considered only if the product received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered by Saavii

2.1 Reporting Timeline

All such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

2.2 Mandatory Proof

To raise a valid request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video recorded from package opening
  • Detailed description of the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Review & Authorization

All requests are subject to internal verification and approval by Saavii.

If the claim is approved, Saavii will provide return authorization.


4. Replacement or Store Credit

  • If the issue is verified, a replacement will be issued.
  • If the same product is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the purchase value will be issued within 3–7 business days.


5. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

  • Rings ordered in an incorrect size
  • Products ordered in an incorrect colour
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during sale periods, events, or special campaigns
  • Free products or promotional items


6. Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit, if issued, will be provided as a coupon code
  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or sale codes
  • Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash


7. Final Decision

Saavii reserves the right to accept or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after inspection and verification. The decision of Saavii shall be final and binding.
