Shipment Policy
This Shipment Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms governing shipping options, dispatch, delivery timelines, and risk allocation for products purchased from www.saavii.co.in (the “Website”).
This Policy shall be read together with and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Shipment Service
All products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse located in India.
We engage third-party logistics providers, currently Delhivery (“Delivery Partner”), for order fulfillment.
We ship orders both within India and internationally. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, applicable taxes, customs duties, and import levies may vary based on destination and shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Orders and Shipment
2.1 Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance and product availability. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory status, we do not guarantee immediate dispatch of products listed as “in stock.” In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
2.2 Dispatch Timeline
Orders that are successfully placed and accepted are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, subject to product availability.
2.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless expressly waived by us.
For deliveries within India, shipping charges vary based on the PIN code entered at checkout. Free shipping is applicable on domestic orders above INR 1999, unless otherwise stated. All applicable shipping charges are displayed prior to order confirmation.
2.4 RTO / Undelivered Shipments
We shall not be liable for any shipment returned to origin (RTO) or undelivered due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or misinformation provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after the shipment is received back by us, and shipping charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case of re-shipment, all shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
2.5 Delivery Timeline
Domestic deliveries are typically completed within:
- 5 to 7 working days across most regions in India
- 7 to 10 working days for certain parts of Northern India
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, weather conditions, transit disruptions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding.
3. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active. (This will reflect in your Delhivery application in your mobile instrument)
If an order is not delivered within the communicated timeline, customers may contact us at saavii.india@gmail.com, quoting the order number.
4. Taxes, Duties and Levies
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other statutory charges may be levied by the destination country. Such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Saavii shall not be liable for any such charges, delays, or customs clearance issues.
5. Third-Party Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped and delivered through third-party logistics providers. For order fulfillment, we may share limited personally identifiable information with such providers, strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Saavii shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by the Delivery Partner beyond what is mandated under applicable law.
6. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and title for products shall pass to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the Delivery Partner.
Saavii shall not be responsible for loss, delay, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect delivery details or failure of the customer to accept delivery.
7. Non-Commercial Use
Products sold on the Website are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts suspected of violating this provision.
8. Reservation of Rights
Saavii reserves the right to revise shipping fees, delivery partners, or shipment terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause contained in the Terms & Conditions.
